Junior Real Estate Attorney

Our client, a prominent national law firm, is currently seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Junior Associate to join their esteemed Real Estate division in the vibrant city of Austin.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from a distinguished law school, maintaining an impressive academic record.
• Must possess active Bar Admission in Texas.
• Acquired 2-3 years of relevant experience handling various real estate transactions, encompassing financing, acquisition, disposition, financing, and development and leasing of commercial real estate.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced and sophisticated law firm environment.
• Exceptional legal drafting and writing skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior experience working with AmLaw 200 firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in complex commercial real estate asset transactions, including financing, acquisition, development, and leasing, spanning across Texas and the entire United States.
• Participate in a diverse range of real estate matters, expanding knowledge in real estate development, investments, and finance.
• Collaborate closely with a team of highly experienced attorneys within a supportive and dynamic work environment.
