Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate Attorney
Locations: Austin, TX; Nashville, TN

Looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join our prestigious client's Real Estate Development & Investments practice group. This position is available in either Austin or Nashville.

Desired Candidate:

• Must have earned a JD from a top-tier law school and possess an outstanding academic record.
• Must be admitted to the bar in either Texas or Tennessee.
• Should have 2-4 years of experience dealing with real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and development of various types of real estate like mixed-use, residential, resort, or commercial.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, sophisticated law firm environment.
• Must possess a keen attention to detail and excellent legal drafting and writing skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in AmLaw 200 firms.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in financing, acquisition, development, and planning of horizontal and vertical mixed-use, residential, resort, and commercial communities for builders and developers at local, regional, and national levels in Texas, Tennessee, and across the country.
• Engage in a wide range of real estate transactions, gaining experience across different areas like development, investments, and finance.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys within a supportive and dynamic work environment.
