Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 100 firm, is looking for a talented and motivated Associate Attorney specializing in IT labor and employment to join their esteemed team in Dallas, Texas. This position is available in the Dallas office.

Who We're Looking For:

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic background.
• Texas Bar Admission.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT employment or labor litigation, with a passion for trial work.
• Experience in handling employment discrimination, employment compliance, and class action lawsuits.
• Ability to counsel employers on IT employment law compliance and draft workplace policies.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex IT employment litigation.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal and Texas IT employment laws.
• Draft and review IT workplace policies, employment agreements, and severance agreements.
• Prepare for depositions, interviews, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on high-profile IT employment cases.
