Labor & Employment Attorney – Los Angeles, CA

• Responsibilities include:
  • Handling wage and hour class action litigation in California
  • Manage PAGA claims
  • Representing clients in single plaintiff employment litigation matters
  • Draft and review employee handbooks
  • Provide day-to-day advice and counseling to clients
  • Demonstrate strong legal writing skills
  • Conduct discovery, motion practice, and depositions
  • Research and draft various court filings
  • Prepare for trials in state and federal courts (preferred)
  • Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations (preferred)
• The ideal candidate possesses:
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional work ethic and demonstrated client relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Requirements:
• Background in top academics and previous experience with reputable law firms
• JD from a leading ABA-approved law school
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
