Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a talented and driven Junior Associate Attorney to join their Los Angeles Labor & Employment practice.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Obtained a JD from a top-tier law school with a remarkable academic background.
• Member of the California Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years experience representing employers in cases involving employment law litigation.
• Expertise in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, and wrongful discharge actions is obligatory.
• Demonstrated outstanding academic performance, prior law firm experience, and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication abilities.
• Ambitious, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about supporting and advancing the firm’s national practice.

Main Responsibilities:

• Representing clients in legal matters related to employment law, with a particular focus on litigation.
• Providing legal advice on matters pertaining to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge claims.
• Working collaboratively within a vibrant team to achieve results that prioritize clients and contribute to the growth of the firm.
