JUNIOR-LEVEL LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our esteemed client, a well-regarded AmLaw 100 national law firm, is currently seeking a talented and driven Junior Associate Attorney to join their esteemed Labor & Employment practice in Los Angeles.

Desirable Candidate Qualities:

• Holder of a JD degree from a top-tier law school, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
• Must be admitted to the California Bar.
• At least 2 years of experience representing employers in employment law disputes.
• Well-versed in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, and wrongful termination actions.
• Excellent academic performance, prior law firm experience, and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Driven, collaborative, and enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of employment law matters, with a particular emphasis on litigation.
• Offer sound legal advice on issues pertaining to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
• Work closely with a dynamic team to achieve client-centered outcomes and support the firm’s expanding practice.
