Locations: Los Angeles, CA / San Francisco, CA
Our client, an established AmLaw 100 national law firm, is in search of a seasoned and motivated Associate Attorney with experience in Labor & Employment law to join their thriving practice in either their Los Angeles or San Francisco office.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Hold a JD from a highly-regarded law school with an excellent academic track record.
- Must be admitted to the California Bar.
- Possess at least 5 years of practical experience representing employers in various employment law cases, encompassing advisory work and litigation, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in California-related matters.
- Extensive knowledge of discrimination, retaliation, harassment laws, and wrongful termination suits is mandatory.
- Demonstrable expertise in wage and hour regulations as well as class action lawsuits.
- Outstanding written, drafting, and communication abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively, possess ambition, and a team-oriented mentality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and advice to clients in a variety of employment law matters, both within litigation and counseling context.
- Offer strategic guidance and legal support to employers concerning issues relating to discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment disputes.
- Handle complex wage and hour disputes and class action litigation.
- Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to deliver effective legal solutions and contribute to the firm's expanding national presence.

This position offers a highly competitive salary package ranging from $285,000 to $420,000, depending on experience, and the possibility of performance-based incentives.
