JOB TITLE: MID- TO SENIOR-LEVEL LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Locations: Los Angeles, CA / San Francisco, CA

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney to join our client's esteemed Labor & Employment practice. This position is available in either our Los Angeles or San Francisco office.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate from a prestigious law school with a stellar academic record (JD).
• Must be admitted to the California Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling employment law matters on behalf of employers, including providing advice and counsel and engaging in litigation, with at least 2 years of experience focusing on specific issues in California.
• Extensive knowledge of laws pertaining to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge cases is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling cases involving wage and hour disputes and class action litigation.
• Outstanding written, drafting, and communication skills.
• Inclination towards teamwork, collaboration, and ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer legal representation and guidance to clients for various employment law matters, encompassing both litigation and advisory roles.
• Provide strategic recommendations and legal assistance to employers regarding claims related to discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and other employment-related issues.
• Manage complex wage and hour disputes and handle class action lawsuits.
• Work closely with clients and other team members to develop effective legal strategies, propelling our firm's expanding national practice.
