Labor & Employment Associate Attorney / Mid-Level

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Level Associate Attorney to join our Labor and Employment Class Action Practice Group in Atlanta. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex cases and collaborate with experienced attorneys.

Candidate Requirements:

• A JD degree from a highly reputable law school with a distinguished academic record.
• Georgia Bar Admission.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation, with a strong interest in trial work.
• Experience in defending wage and hour, employment discrimination, and EEOC/DOL claims, including class action lawsuits.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment law compliance, ability to draft workplace policies, and provide guidance to clients on employment issues.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to employers in complex employment litigation cases, including wage and hour class actions.
• Draft employment agreements, severance agreements, and workplace policies.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Participate in depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparations.
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys on high-stakes employment cases and transactional matters.
