Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
POSITION: Associate Attorney - Labor and Employment
Location: Los Angeles, CA
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our esteemed Labor and Employment Department in either Los Angeles or San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for representing employers in a wide range of employment law matters, encompassing both litigation and advisory work.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a prestigious law school, accompanied by a strong academic record.
- Active membership with the California Bar is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of experience representing employers in employment law matters, with at least two years focused specifically on California.
- Demonstrated expertise in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, and wrongful discharge actions.
- Familiarity with wage and hour law and prior exposure to class action cases.
- Proven legal writing, drafting, and communication skills, honed through prior experience in a reputable law firm.
- Highly motivated and team-oriented, with the ambition to contribute to and expand our national practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent employers in various employment law litigation cases and provide comprehensive advisory services.
- Handle matters related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour law, and class actions.
- Draft legal documents and formulate effective case strategies.

Compensation:
You can expect a salary ranging from $245,000 to $390,000, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, a discretionary bonus may be awarded based on performance.
