JOB TITLE: Labor & Employment Litigation Partner (Attorney) - CA Bar License Required

We are currently seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Partner to join our esteemed law firm in Las Vegas. As a recognized firm listed in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms^®, this is an exceptional opportunity to work on intricate labor and employment cases, including single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class/PAGA litigation, while providing cutting-edge legal advice to our discerning clients.

Profile of an Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school with a distinguished academic record.

• Must possess an active California Bar admission as a mandatory requirement.

• Active Nevada Bar admission is preferred alongside CA Bar admission, though not obligatory.

• Boasts over 7 years of valuable experience in labor & employment (L&E) litigation.

• Significant expertise in handling California labor & employment cases remotely.

• Impressive background in single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class/PAGA litigation.

• Has proven ability to independently manage cases, develop litigation strategies, and oversee junior attorneys.

• Possesses excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with the capacity to provide strategic guidance to clients.

• Strong track record of client development and maintaining enduring business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a diverse range of L&E litigation matters in California, while working remotely from our Las Vegas office.

• Handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, and PAGA claims.

• Oversee all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution.

• Offer counsel to clients on labor and employment compliance, risk management, and strategies for dispute avoidance.

• Play a leadership role within the firm, mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to business development efforts.

• Collaborate with a highly skilled team of attorneys to deliver exceptional legal services.
