About You:

• You possess a JD from a top-tier law school with a remarkable academic record.

• Your Active Bar Admission in Nevada showcases your eligibility.

• You boast 7+ years of substantive experience in labor & employment (L&E) litigation.

• Your expertise lies in single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class/PAGA litigation.

• Autonomously managing cases, crafting litigation strategies, and overseeing junior attorneys is second nature to you.

• Impress us with your exceptional written and oral advocacy skills as well as your ability to provide strategic counsel.

• Show us your remarkable track record of client development and maintaining strong business relationships.

Your Duties:

• Take the lead in representing clients in various L&E litigation matters, such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, and PAGA claims.

• Manage and oversee all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution.

• Provide valuable counsel to clients regarding labor and employment compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance strategies.

• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and contribute to our firm's business development efforts.

• Engage in collaborative work with a team of highly skilled attorneys to deliver outstanding legal services.
