This position presents an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse array of labor and employment matters while collaborating with discerning clients on cutting-edge legal challenges. The preferred candidate will possess exceptional drive and enthusiasm to shoulder significant responsibilities while contributing to the firm's thriving and diverse practice group.

Candidate Profile:

  • Hold a JD degree from a prestigious law school with an impressive academic record.

  • Maintain active membership in the California Bar, in good standing.

  • Posses extensive expertise in managing employment litigation matters, encompassing single-plaintiff cases and wage & hour class action litigation.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in litigation and case management skills.

  • Showcase exceptional aptitude in legal research, writing, and advocacy.

  • Demonstrate proven ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.

  • Exhibit leadership qualities and ability to inspire team members.
  • Possess exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking prowess.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients involved in complex labor and employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff and wage & hour class action litigation cases.

  • Oversee cases from initiation to resolution, including the drafting of pleadings, conducting discovery, and trial preparation.

  • Offer strategic guidance to clients on labor and employment compliance and risk mitigation.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

  • Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys to deliver exceptional legal services.

  • Cultivate and manage robust client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide visionary direction and leadership to the team.
