This is a full-time opportunity for a Lead Commercial Industrial HVAC Project Engineer with a well-established company that specializes in HVAC systems for industrial, commercial, and residential markets. The company is known for its employee-focused culture and high employee retention rates. The position has become available due to an upcoming retirement. The work environment is flexible and relaxed, with less than 100 employees.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Creating quotes, planning, and designing industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems
- Collaborating closely with field employees, colleagues, customers, and contractors
- Monitoring and managing project deadlines and costs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Providing guidance, direction, and supervision to staff
- Traveling to various job sites within the state
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HVAC project management for industrial or heavy commercial projects
- Ability to travel to job sites within the state (no overnight stays required)
- A consistent and stable work history
- Must be a US citizen or hold a valid green card
- Reside within a 45-minute commute of Kohler, Wisconsin
