This is a full-time position for a Lead Industrial HVAC Project Engineer at a well-established HVAC systems provider catering to industrial, commercial, and residential markets. As a family-owned company, they prioritize employee satisfaction, resulting in long-term employee retention. This particular opportunity has become available due to an upcoming retirement, and the company offers a relaxed and flexible work environment with fewer than 100 employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing quotes, designing, and planning industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems
• Collaborating closely with field employees, coworkers, customers, and contractors
• Ensuring project deadlines and costs are tracked and maintained
• Meeting customer expectations and requirements
• Supervising, directing, and mentoring staff members
• Travelling to job sites within the state (no overnight stays required)

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• At least six years of experience in managing industrial or heavy commercial HVAC projects
• Ability to travel to various job sites within the state (no overnights required)
• A proven track record of reliability and dedication
• Must be a US citizen or possess a valid Green Card
• Reside within a 45-minute commute to the Kohler, Wisconsin area
