This is a full-time position for a Lead Industrial HVAC Project Engineer at a well-established HVAC systems provider catering to industrial, commercial, and residential markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing quotes, designing, and planning industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems
- Collaborating closely with field employees, coworkers, customers, and contractors
- Ensuring project deadlines and costs are tracked and maintained
- Meeting customer expectations and requirements
- Supervising, directing, and mentoring staff members
- Travelling to job sites within the state (no overnight stays required)
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- At least six years of experience in managing industrial or heavy commercial HVAC projects
- Ability to travel to various job sites within the state (no overnights required)
- A proven track record of reliability and dedication
- Must be a US citizen or possess a valid Green Card
- Reside within a 45-minute commute to the Kohler, Wisconsin area
