Lead Mechanical Engineer  (Industrial and Mining - Custom Machinery Manufacturing)
Location: Butler, WI Area | On-site Only | No Relocation

Pay: $105,000 – $120,000 (based on experience) + Full Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design efforts with focus on heavy equipment and mining applications

• Apply expertise in electrical systems, hydraulics, and metallurgy

• Use SolidWorks for mechanical design and analysis

• Oversee Bills of Materials, and perform fracture and stress testing

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish

• Communicate effectively across teams and departments

• Participate in hiring to expand the engineering team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial equipment design, with mining-related exposure

• Strong background in SolidWorks, BOMs, and mechanical stress testing

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder

• Must live within 45 minutes of Butler, WI

• Solid and stable work history
