Sr Radiation Therapist - Oncology

Salary: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually + Bonus + Full Benefits
Both Full Time and Part Time positions are available

Job Summary
As a crucial member of the Radiation Oncology department, the Sr Radiation Therapist is responsible for facilitating patient care flow. This includes resolving patient issues, providing leadership and guidance to colleagues and students, and fostering collaboration with other departments in the Cancer Center. The position requires autonomy and accountability with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification in the state of California at the time of hire, or
• Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification in the state of California at the time of hire
• National Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy upon hire
• At least 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical setting

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced Radiation Oncology department

Skills and Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology Program
• Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification in the state of California at the time of hire, or
• Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification in the state of California at the time of hire
• National Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy upon hire
• At least 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical setting
• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced Radiation Oncology department
