Collaborate directly with clients to establish functional requirements and create, configure, install, and validate control systems and software applications.

• Work collaboratively in a team environment with engineers, designers, partners, and clients to deliver cutting-edge Control Systems that enhance efficiency, product quality, and profitability in process manufacturing
• Develop Life Cycle documents, Electrical panels, Control Architecture and wiring drawings following GMP standards and guidelines
• Revise and enhance P&ID documentation
• Create and implement distributed control system (DCS) configurations
• Test and deploy control systems on-site, and validate their performance
• Lead teams of engineers and technicians in providing control system solutions
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers
• Develop engineering standards to optimize efficiency and precision in project execution
• Provide technical support to the business development team in sales activities

• 2-8 years of experience in automation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Emerson DeltaV platforms
• In-depth knowledge of control system design and programming
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
• B.S. degree in Electrical, Computer, or Chemical Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Hands-on experience with the latest Emerson DeltaV technology
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
