We are seeking an experienced OSI PI engineer to join our team and drive the development of real-time data and historian-based solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, data consumers, and data producers to ensure that our solutions deliver tangible business value to our customers.

• Work closely with customers to design, configure, develop, test, and deploy real-time data solutions using OSI PI (AVEVA), AspenTech, Canary, or similar technologies.
• Install and configure real-time data technologies such as PI Server, AF Server, and other OSI PI Suite products.
• Set up and configure interfaces for control system infrastructures.
• Create real-time data applications, visualizations, and reports based on design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, customers, manufacturing personnel, and third-party vendors and contractors in a team environment.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and configuring real-time data solutions using OSI PI (AVEVA), AspenTech, Canary, or similar technologies.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people.
• Understanding of and adherence to client safety and quality policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Chemical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Working knowledge of common control systems and interfacing with historians and IT applications.
• Experience with any of the following is a plus:
  • Creating and modifying PI tags
  • Using PI AF Element templates and AF Elements
  • Developing PI-based dashboards (PI Vision/Process Book)
  • Utilizing PI AF Analytics, PI Notifications, and PI Event Frames
  • Configuring PI Interfaces: OPC DA/UA, RDBMS, PI to PI
