Join our team as a Quality Control Technician in Houston, PA

Do you have experience working on the shop floor? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to apply your skills in quality control.

In this role, you will have the ability to lead and manage the Quality department, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include approving first article parts for each operation, performing periodic in-process inspections, preparing measuring tools for jobs in the queue, maintaining calibration schedules, operating and programming coordinate measurement machines, and maintaining a database of measuring tools and certifications.

Additionally, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and creating inspection plans, operating CMM's for support of production, and auditing manufacturing inspections of production runs.

You will also play a crucial role in creating production inspection plans and performing calibrations and routine maintenance on the precision measuring equipment.
