Legal Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (54775)

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Office Support Specialist to join their growing law firm in Dallas, TX. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering calls, greeting visitors and staff, scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, ordering supplies and food for meetings, and handling overflow administrative work from other Legal Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and schedule meetings and conference room reservations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal assistants, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Office Management: Order supplies, manage office equipment, and coordinate refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, vendors, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the firm.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm setting as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
