Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Clinical Care Coordinator who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team at the Department of Psychiatry. This position is based in Torrance, CA and offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Must hold a valid LCSW license in California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an LCSW in a mental health inpatient facility.
- Act as the primary Care Manager for the LCSW Team.
- Responsible for hospital discharge planning and ensuring effective care coordination.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $135,000.
