The role of the Licensed Clinical Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of a behavioral health outpatient clinic situated in Penn Yan, NY. This position involves supervising other therapists and providing guidance to newly graduated therapists.

Working collaboratively with the Associate Director and Site Administrator, this role entails working with clients individually or in groups to address their mental health concerns.



Master's degree in Social Work


LCSW and NYS Driver’s License with no violations that conflict with clinic policy.


2 years of leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting. Familiarity with OMH regulations.

An ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, and serves as a positive role model.

LCSW Required.
