Seeking Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW)
Location: Modesto, CA
Salary: $100K-$125K + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

We are currently hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Social Work team. As part of the Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE), this role will involve providing behavioral health support to participants and ensuring their needs are met. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Behavioral Health Therapist will have a caseload of participants and will be responsible for their therapy needs and maintaining proper documentation.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine participants' behavioral health needs and goals
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop discipline-specific goals and interventions
• Deliver and document behavioral health interventions as outlined in care plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapies, such as art and music therapy and counseling
• Provide training to staff on behavioral health symptoms and interventions

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health (MSW) or Doctorate in Psychology (PhD) required
• Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW or by the California Board of Psychologists as a Psychologist
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience conducting therapy and completing behavioral health assessments
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with a frail or elderly population
