Responsibilities

• Directly provide patient care by closely monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with the prescriptions provided by registered nurses or physicians.
• Assist in the development and regular updating of patient care plans, ensuring they are based on individual needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure consistent and uninterrupted care.
• Offer emotional support and provide educational resources to patients and their families regarding their health conditions.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and plan for their discharge.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, strictly adhering to strict infection control practices and safety standards.

• Must currently hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Successful completion of an accredited LPN program and other relevant nursing education.
• Possession of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team or independently, as per the requirement.
• Be flexible to work on varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
