Compensation: In addition to the salary mentioned in this advertisement, bonuses typically range from an extra $20,000 to $30,000.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with firm partners to manage all aspects of litigation
• Conduct thorough document reviews and legal research
• Prepare pleadings, discovery documents, dispositive motions, and responses
• Participate in depositions and mediations
• Get ready for and attend trials and arbitrations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation
• Valid Texas law license
• Preferred, but not required: background in construction, insurance defense, or real estate law
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and negotiation
• Ability to handle multiple cases and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
