Our Trial & Litigation Practice Group handles cases from initial pleadings through trial and appeals in both state and federal courts.

Job Description

• Manage all stages of litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal.
• Participate in complex cases involving constitutional law, civil rights, eminent domain, and other areas.
• Contribute to litigation strategy, conduct research, and draft persuasive legal arguments.
• Oversee electronic discovery and handle law and motion practice in state and federal courts.
• Develop evidence, interview witnesses, and conduct/depose individuals.
• Focus on building a solid case for trial, particularly in significant and large-scale litigation.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably with extensive case management involvement.
• Excellent research and writing skills, with a proven ability to draft concise legal arguments.
• Experience in federal and state courts, including dispositive motions.
• Familiarity with electronic discovery and deposition practices.
• Eminent Domain or real estate law experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
