Job Description

• Assume responsibility for a diverse range of litigation matters, including municipal law, redevelopment, tax exemption, and labor and employment disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research, prepare motions and briefs, and oversee the discovery process.
• Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex cases, offering strategic legal support.
• Engage in direct client interactions, including attending day and evening meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney is required. (Applicants with more experience are encouraged to apply!)
• At least 1 year of experience in litigation in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to independently manage cases and collaborate effectively within a team.
