Litigation Legal Counsel - Atlanta
Location: Atlanta, GA

Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is looking for a skilled Litigation Legal Counsel specializing in business litigation to join their Atlanta team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and experienced group of attorneys, handling high-profile and complex litigation cases.

Requirements:

• Must hold a JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic background.
• Must be a member of the Georgia Bar or willing to undergo the Georgia Bar admission process.
• Must have 18 months to 5 years of experience dealing with business litigation.
• Proficient in handling and overseeing electronic discovery, drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions, and presenting arguments in court.
• Confident in conducting and defending depositions, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex business litigation cases, working alongside a team of skilled attorneys with extensive courtroom experience.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and depositions, from start to finish.
• Collaborate on a variety of cases at both state and federal levels, ensuring top-quality legal representation for clients.
• Develop and execute case strategies, working closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
