CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join our reputable law firm in Orlando. With our growing Construction Litigation Practice Group, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated litigator to handle complex construction disputes, contract administration issues, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Desired Qualifications:

• Must have a JD from a prestigious law school with an impressive academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida is required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in construction litigation.
• Prior experience in managing payment disputes, design and defect claims, and contract administration matters is necessary.
• A solid background in alternative dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration proceedings is preferred.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills along with a proactive and strategic mindset.

Main Responsibilities:

• Represent our clients in construction litigation matters, including risk management, claims analysis, and dispute resolution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, starting from pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation.
• Provide counsel to clients on contract negotiation, procurement, and regulatory compliance pertaining to large-scale infrastructure and development projects.
• Collaborate closely with developers, contractors, owners, and insurers to address legal matters related to construction.
• Effectively manage multiple cases with a solutions-oriented approach and ensure exceptional client service.
