Responsibilities

• Manage California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
• Oversee cases from initiation to completion, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with a team and handle fast-paced projects independently.
• Seize the opportunity to learn and develop under the guidance of experienced partners.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Extensive background in wage and hour litigation, including class/collective actions.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Outstanding academic credentials, exceptional writing skills, and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
