Litigation Associate Attorney – Los Angeles
BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE - LOS ANGELES
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2-4 years of experience in business litigation to join our reputable firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts. Responsibilities will include conducting and managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, representing clients in depositions and conferences, as well as assisting in settlement negotiations and trial preparation. An impressive track record in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred. Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm would be advantageous. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
To be qualified for this position, candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school, be a member in good standing of the California Bar, and have demonstrated legal competency through active practice.

As per the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the salary range for this Los Angeles-based position is anticipated to be between $240,000 and $310,000 per annum. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.
