Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated Trial Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our team immediately.
• Responsibilities include handling cases from start to finish, including drafting discovery pleadings and motions, and conducting and defending depositions.
• Develop and implement winning strategies for clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of insurance defense experience required.
• Preferably 1-5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic background.
• Proven writing skills and a talent for advocating in the courtroom.
• Must be licensed to practice in New York State.
