Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Litigator with 1-5 years of experience to join our firm immediately.
• In this role, you will handle cases from the beginning to the end, including preparing discovery pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in trial.
• One of your key responsibilities will be developing and implementing winning legal strategies on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance defense is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• A strong academic background is essential.
• You must possess excellent writing skills and have a talent for advocacy in the courtroom.
• A valid license to practice law in the state of New York is required.

Associate Benefit Program

Health Insurance:

• Your premium will be covered at 50% for the first three years, and then at 75% afterward.
• If you do not require health insurance, you will receive an annual stipend.

• Long-term disability coverage becomes effective after six months of employment.
