Qualifications:

Graduate from a prestigious law school with exceptional academic achievements.

Active membership in the Minnesota Bar Association, or willingness to become admitted.

3–5 years of relevant litigation experience at a medium-sized or large legal firm.

Experience in handling various types of litigation, including civil cases, class actions, product liability claims, and multi-district litigation matters.

Proven ability in the courtroom with experience in drafting and presenting motions, conducting and defending depositions, and managing discovery processes.

Capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.

Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:

Represent prominent corporations and manufacturers in complex litigation cases, including product liability claims, commercial disputes, and class action lawsuits.

Prepare and argue motions for dismissal, discovery-related motions, and other legal pleadings in both state and federal courts.

Conduct and defend depositions of witnesses, experts, and representatives of companies.

Supervise document production, e-discovery, and case management in large-scale litigation matters.

Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies and prepare for trial.

Provide strategic legal advice and conduct client counseling and risk assessments for businesses across various industries.
