Position: Litigation Associate Attorney

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our prestigious firm. Requirements:
- Must have a JD from a top-tier law school and a strong academic background.
- Bar Admission in Florida is required.
- Applicants should have 4-6 years of experience in handling commercial litigation and business torts.
- Proficiency in conducting depositions and drafting various legal motions is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in diverse commercial litigation matters such as real estate disputes, banking issues, contract conflicts, construction disputes, probate matters, business valuation, merger litigation, and zoning and land use disputes.
- Prepare and argue motions, oversee discovery processes (including e-discovery), and conduct depositions to support legal strategies.
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to provide high-quality legal services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Handle comprehensive case management, from initial pleadings to case resolution.
