Job Description

• Independently lead and oversee litigation cases
• Manage complex cases, including construction defects, product liability, and tort litigation
• Participate in trial preparation, depositions, and court appearances
• Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to achieve favorable outcomes
• Maintain a consistent workload without mandatory billable hour quotas

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado
• At least 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, construction, personal injury, or general commercial litigation
• Experience with trials and depositions is required
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
