Job Description

• Join our esteemed team of attorneys focusing on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
• Manage cases involving Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.
• Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, responding to written inquiries, conducting depositions, and actively participating in arbitration and trials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Law School with a Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; additional admission to the New Jersey bar is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in related fields.
• Proficient in preparing coverage opinions related to breach of contract and liability claims, as well as handling bad faith issues.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
