• On-site availability in Overland Park, KS – full-time for first 90 days, then 2 days/week hybrid

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and file legal documents in federal courts with precision

• Support attorneys through all stages of IP litigation

• Manage discovery processes, document productions, and case files

• Organize trial exhibits and assist with trial prep

• Coordinate schedules, court deadlines, and filings

• Maintain accurate and professional client communication

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (required)

• Hands-on experience with federal court filings (required)

• IP litigation experience a strong plus

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in legal tech tools and Microsoft Office suite
