Renowned law firm is seeking an exceptional attorney with a minimum of 6 years of litigation experience to join their team as Special Counsel specializing in Complex Construction Litigation in one of their offices located in Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, or Tampa.

This exciting full-time role focuses on managing complex construction defect litigation with a great degree of independence.

Requirements for Candidates:

• Be highly motivated and possess excellent verbal, research, and written communication skills.
• Considerable courtroom or arbitration experience is essential, including handling discovery, drafting significant dispositive motions, and conducting substantial depositions.
• Some trial or evidentiary hearing experience is also necessary.
• Have a solid understanding of insurance risk transfer matters related to property damage claims. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are indispensable.

Candidates must also:

1. Be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
2. Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA).
3. Preferably be Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar.
