LITIGATION STAFF ATTORNEY

This exceptional opportunity allows for the handling of a wide range of challenging litigation cases and becoming an integral part of a dynamic team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) from a renowned law school with a stellar academic track record.
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Maryland.
• Possesses at least five years of valuable experience in the realm of complex litigation.
• Expertise in handling cases related to products liability and/or insurance defense.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage day-to-day client operations.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse range of complex litigation cases, encompassing products liability and insurance defense matters.
• Oversee day-to-day client operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft motions, and prepare pleadings.
• Collaborate actively with a highly experienced team of attorneys within a fast-paced work environment.
• Effectively represent clients in state and federal courts, advocating tirelessly on their behalf.
