Our client, a highly regarded national law firm ranked in the prestigious AmLaw 100, is in search of a motivated and talented Staff Attorney to join their esteemed Litigation Practice Group in the bustling city of Baltimore. This exceptional opportunity allows for the handling of a wide range of challenging litigation cases and becoming an integral part of a dynamic team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) from a renowned law school with a stellar academic track record.
- Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Maryland.
- Possesses at least five years of valuable experience in the realm of complex litigation.
- Expertise in handling cases related to products liability and/or insurance defense.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage day-to-day client operations.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of complex litigation cases, encompassing products liability and insurance defense matters.
- Oversee day-to-day client operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft motions, and prepare pleadings.
- Collaborate actively with a highly experienced team of attorneys within a fast-paced work environment.
- Effectively represent clients in state and federal courts, advocating tirelessly on their behalf.
