Legal Counsel - Foreclosure and Banking

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Our client, a well-established law firm within the AmLaw 100, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel (foreclosure and banking) to join their team at their Philadelphia office. Lawyers in this multi-faceted role will primarily handle cases related to foreclosure and banking-related disputes. This position does not lead to partnership.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a Juris Doctorate from a prestigious law school, with an impressive academic record.
• Must be admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in litigation, with a specific focus on foreclosure and banking-related disputes.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of litigious matters pertaining to foreclosure and banking disputes.
• Prepare precise motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Work closely with other attorneys within the firm to develop case strategies and prepare filings.
• Provide regular updates and advice to clients regarding case progress.
