A highly regarded international law firm in the AmLaw 50 is in search of an experienced Antitrust Litigation Associate to join its esteemed antitrust team in Washington, DC. This role will primarily focus on handling government enforcement, mergers, and providing legal advice in the antitrust field.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a JD from a top-tier law school and has demonstrated academic excellence.
• Must be a member of the Washington, DC Bar.
• Has at least 4 years of experience in antitrust law, comprising counseling, investigations, and litigation.
• Prior experience with Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is highly desirable.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in government agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships and projects effectively.

• Handle a wide range of antitrust matters, including government enforcement, mergers, and counseling.
