Open Needs:

We currently have a per-diem opportunity for an LVN in the field of Home Health.

Expectations and Duties:

As an LVN, you will be responsible for conducting home health visits for various patients. This includes follow-up visits and providing care to patients with home health needs. Training and benefits are available!

The Licensed Vocational Nurse/LVN is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing skilled nursing care and medical treatment to patients in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in the State of California. The LVN works under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician.

Other Duties:

• Delivering nursing care within the scope of LVN practice
• Collecting relevant data for each patient
• Assisting the RN in educating patients and their families
• Providing basic medical care, such as changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens
• Ensuring the well-being of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in patient's condition to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Active LVN license in the state of California
• At least one year of clinical experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
