This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated attorneys with extensive experience to work on complex fund formation and securities matters with a dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess more than 6 years of experience in corporate, M&A, securities, or finance transactions
- Must have an active NY bar admission
- Excellent academic credentials earned from a well-known law school
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:
As a Fund/Securities Transactional Attorney at this firm, your main responsibilities will include handling intricate fund formations and securities transactions. You will have the unique opportunity to closely collaborate with clients and provide legal advice on various matters, including fund structures, regulatory compliance, private placements, offerings, mergers & acquisitions, and more. The firm highly values teamwork and encourages collaboration among attorneys, so you will also be expected to work closely with other members of the firm on cross-practice projects.
