Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage our maintenance team, ensuring all production equipment operates at peak performance. In this role, you’ll oversee daily maintenance operations, drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and support continuous production flow in a high-output manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in equipment repair, upkeep, and troubleshooting.

• Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and company safety policies.

• Maintain accurate records, including preventive maintenance logs and service schedules.

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules aligned with production targets.

• Provide clear updates on equipment status and maintenance projects to supervisors, managers, and engineering teams.

• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies and efficiency improvements in maintenance processes.

• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies.

• Support predictive maintenance initiatives by leveraging modern technologies and data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of maintenance experience in manufacturing OR

• Associate degree with 6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing OR

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within a manufacturing maintenance environment.

• Availability to work 2nd shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday), with overtime on weekends as needed.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred:

• 5–7 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.

• Experience in project and budget management.

• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance within a manufacturing setting.

Additional Information:
