Maintenance Technician (industrial maintenance)
📍 Location: Jackson, TN

🕒 Shifts Available: 2nd (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) or 3rd (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
💼 Full-Time | 💲 Competitive Pay + OT Eligible + Benefits

MUST HAVES:
✅ 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
✅ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
✅ Experience working with PLCs – Allen-Bradley preferred
✅ Familiarity with predictive & preventive maintenance programs
✅ Ability to read/interpret technical manuals, safety guidelines & schematics
✅ Flexibility to work either 2nd or 3rd shift

What You’ll Do:

• Perform hands-on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Use Proteus MMS to track maintenance schedules and parts ordering

• Dismantle and rebuild motors, gearboxes, pumps, and more

• Repair electrical components including transformers, printed circuit boards, and wiring

• Operate welders, grinders, torches, saws, and other fabrication tools

• Keep accurate records on machine history, repairs, and spare parts inventory

• Communicate issues clearly with supervisors and other technicians

What You’ll Bring:

• Associate degree in a technical field (preferred) or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in reading maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical documents

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills

• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Internet software

• Forklift or lift license (or willingness to obtain)

• Allen-Bradley PLC programming knowledge (a plus)
