We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Apartment Complex Caretaker at a well-maintained property located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This is a rewarding position that offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Apartment Complex Caretaker
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems within the complex. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring the overall cleanliness and appearance of the grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
Timely completion of all service requests
Maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds, including trash and snow removal
Performing apartment rehabilitation for new tenants
Adhering to all EPA regulations related to lead, asbestos, freon, radon, etc.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations
Responding to maintenance emergencies on a 24/7 basis
Addressing snow and ice events promptly and efficiently
Performing cleaning and housekeeping duties for common areas and vacant units
Managing utility expenses for vacant units
Additional duties as assigned to meet the organization's goals and objectives
Reports to: The Apartment Complex Caretaker will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred certification as a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) from NAA
EPA Type II or Universal Certification
Prior experience in facilities maintenance
Highly motivated and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills for navigating various systems
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability to respond to emergency situations, work weekends, and holidays if necessary
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
