We are seeking experienced maintenance technicians for a beautiful apartment complex located in Windsor, CT. This property consists of 430 units. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22-24, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k match. Additionally, discounted apartments are available for on-site living.

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the property is well-maintained and provides a safe and attractive living environment. You will work closely with the maintenance supervisor, other service staff, residents, and vendors. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, conducting regular inspections of grounds and buildings for preventative maintenance, addressing service requests, and assisting with apartment preparation for new tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by performing necessary repairs
• Address work orders in occupied units while providing prompt and friendly service
• Follow preventive maintenance guidelines
• Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of the property grounds
• Handle various service requests including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Collaborate with the team to achieve property goals
• Adhere to safety procedures

• Strong work ethic
• Valid Driver's License with auto insurance coverage
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Facilities maintenance experience is a plus
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Availability for on-call responsibilities after hours and on weekends (rotating schedule)
