Manager – Assurance Services

Our client is seeking specialized expert assistance in Accounting Advisory, Audit & Assurance, Business Consulting, Buy-Side Advisory, Employee Benefit Plans, Estate Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Tax Compliance & Consulting. They provide services to various industries, including Construction, Distribution, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Motion Picture, Nonprofit, Real Estate, and services.

As an Assurance Services Manager, your role will involve managing the fieldwork of the assurance services staff. You will also take on management and supervisory responsibilities for assurance and audit-related client engagements and projects of different sizes and scopes.

The firm's assurance services solely cater to privately held, entrepreneurial businesses. These services include:

  • Conducting audits, reviews, and compilations
  • Performing agreed-upon procedures
  • Evaluating internal controls, which includes reviewing accounting processes and analyzing key financial metrics
  • Generating forecasts and projections
  • Assisting with due diligence and acquisitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA designation
  • At least 7 years of experience in public accounting
  • Experience in managing client engagements and relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Preferably, experience in Healthcare or Skilled Nursing (not mandatory)
