Ready to make a real impact at a top-tier hospital while enjoying the charm of small-town life with easy access to Columbus? We’re looking for a dynamic Information Systems Manager with strong EPIC experience to lead a technical team and drive strategic IT initiatives across hospital operations.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospital Administration, or Information Technology

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in system administration

• 2+ years managing enterprise-level systems or EHRs (EPIC required)

• Prior experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration

• Proven experience managing technical or operational IT teams

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage daily operations for the Information Systems department, including Helpdesk, Network, Applications, Interfaces, and Telecom teams

• Oversee implementation, integration, and support of Hospital Information Systems, with a focus on electronic health records (EHR/EMR)

• Plan and prioritize non-clinical IT projects, aligning with hospital strategy

• Provide mentorship and direction to a 10-person team

• Conduct performance reviews and set strategic goals with your staff

• Ensure IT systems support clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient safety

• Lead department process improvements and workflow optimization efforts

• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks
