- A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management is a mandatory requirement for this position
- Applicants must have a minimum of four years of experience overseeing a quality assurance team at a manufacturing company and at least ten years of experience in a quality role at a manufacturing company to be considered for this role
- Traveling up to twenty percent within the United States and Mexico will be required for this position
- Salary for this position is up to $90,000
- Applicants must be either a United States citizen or hold a valid Green Card
- This is an on-site position, remote work is not available
- Full-time, permanent employment with W-2 status

This is a full-time position for a Manager of Manufacturing Quality Assurance at a well-established and financially stable custom Original Equipment Manufacturer. The company has expanded over the past ten years, adding four additional manufacturing sites. Due to diversification, the company is not significantly impacted by economic downturns. Employee satisfaction is high, resulting in long-term employment. The company is currently increasing its workforce to meet the growing customer demand for their high-quality products. With a focus on scientific engineering and advanced production technology, the company is continuously implementing innovative strategies to stay at the forefront of the industry.
This role is based at the corporate headquarters and the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising a team of five direct reports, with potential for growth to 12 direct reports in the future
- Driving the advancement of quality across multiple manufacturing sites
- Collaborating with manufacturing and sales teams to identify and implement customer-oriented quality improvement initiatives
- Developing and executing a comprehensive quality strategy to enhance quality initiatives at various manufacturing sites
- Working with senior management to integrate quality into business strategies and decision-making processes
- Establishing policies related to quality standards and regulations
- Regularly communicating with customers to ensure their quality requirements are met
- Traveling up to 20% to customer sites and manufacturing facilities in the United States and Mexico as needed
- Proactively addressing any quality-related issues that may arise
- Ensuring timely documentation, investigation, and resolution of quality-related incidents
- Maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulations
The successful candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management
- A minimum of four years of experience in a leadership role within a quality assurance team at a manufacturing company
- At least ten years of experience in a quality-related position within a manufacturing company
- Ability to travel up to twenty percent within the United States and Mexico
- A solid and proven work history in the field
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- Residence must be located within a 45-minute drive of the Baraboo, Wisconsin area
